  • Why doesn't my clear stamp pick up ink evenly?

Well, this is most likely due to the fact there may still be some film left on the stamp from manufacturing. If you take a white eraser and lightly rub along the die surface (the raised image of the stamp) you will remove this film and your stamp will pick up ink evenly.

My stamp does not stick to the carrier sheet or the acrylic block anymore, what do I do?

This just means that your little stamp needs a bath! Draw your stamps a nice luke warm bath (no soap) and let them soak for a few minutes to an hour, after pick up your stamp and gently rub to cleanse.  Once clean, air dry or pat with a lint free cloth. Your stamps stickyness will return.

My Stamps are staining, even after I clean them, is this normal?

This is absolutely normal! A little staining just shows how loved they are!  After cleaning if there is still some ink coloring left this does not affect your stamped images.  If anything this helps you see your image to be stamped better!

    How are your stamps packaged?

Our stamps are separated onto 4x6 acetate carrier sheets and are then packaged in our reusable tins. Our stamps do come with an index sheet so you know just where to return them.

Can I use your stamps to make and sell my homemade cards?

YES!!! We'd be honored!!  We do have an angel policy and require that all images must be hand stamped individually and not mechanically or digitally reproduced.
